Biography:
Mrs. Carr graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a dual degree in both special education (K-12) cognitively impaired and elementary education (K-8). After teaching for 2 years in her hometown of Van Wert, Ohio, she (and her husband) moved to Lansing, Michigan, and was hired by DeWitt schools to teach special education. She has spent the last 41 years here teaching in the resource room, with most of those years at the 6th-8th grade level. Mrs. Carr enjoys spending time with family and playing with her 3 grandchildren.
