Team Expectations:
While there will be some differences in your classes, many of our expectations will be consistent.
Tardies: If you are tardy to class three times, you will be assigned a detention. The time of the detention will be arranged with the parent by the teacher.
Bathroom Passes: Bathroom passes are not limited, however we do ask that you adhere to our "No First 10, Last 10" rule. This means please do not ask to use the restroom during the first 10 minutes of class (when announcements and directions are often given) and the last 10 minutes of class (when homework and summaries of lessons are often given). Of course, we understand there may be an emergency. We just want to maximize the learning during the beginning and end of class time as much as possible.
Cell Phones: If you choose to bring your cell phone to class, you must place it in the white phone basket. If your phone is out during class, your teacher will take it to the office where it can be picked up at the end of the school day. This is a school-wide policy.
Retakes: We all value correcting errors and putting in the extra effort it takes to improve a test score. Re-takes are available in all of our classes. Please see each teacher's retake guidelines for specific requirements.
